With over 25 years of experience as an award-winning construction manager,

Meghan has successfully delivered over 2.8 million square feet of commercial new construction and tenant improvement projects across numerous sectors, including education, corporate office (including Fortune 500), nonprofit, retail and industrial.

 

As a strong communicator with problem-solving expertise, Meghan seamlessly guides clients through the construction process. Having led numerous multimillion dollar projects totaling over $200 million, she excels at scheduling, estimating, contractor buyout and cost control. She has also developed and taught New Construction LEED® AP training seminars, in addition to managing several LEED® certified projects. She is also one of Minnesota's first WELL® Accredited Professionals.

In addition to an extensive background in project management, Meghan is also a partial owner of Welsh Construction and as President, leads all aspects of Welsh Construction and champions its business development and marketing strategies. She is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, serving as a past president and current board member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) and is the Communication Committee Chair of International Facilities Managers Association (IFMA). She has been a guest lecturer at top universities in the area and has received 12 “Awards of Excellence” from various construction and real estate organizations and has been recently recognized as a Top Women in Construction award honoree from Finance & Commerce.

Beyond construction management, Meghan has a keen business sense with experience leading strategic planning and corporate visioning. She also founded Women Run the Cities, an ESPN top five women’s running event that continues annually in the Twin Cities. During her tenure, the event raised hundreds of thousands for Ann Bancroft Foundation for Girls.
