As Chief Financial Officer and partial owner of Welsh Construction, Allen is responsible for the development, direction and maintenance of the overall accounting and reporting infrastructure for the company. He brings over 25 years of accounting experience to the team, with over 18 of those years spent within the commercial construction and real estate industry. Allen supports the accounting practices, and internal controls, oversees the monthly close cycle and manages financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
