The Church of St. Patrick of Edina’s restrooms were 40-50 years old and in desperate need of an update. They called in Welsh Construction to renovate and modernize their 13 restroom facilities, as part of their strategic facility upgrade plan.

Working around a busy church schedule, the Welsh project team completely removed all existing fixtures, finishes and partitions, creating room for new state-of-the-art products to be installed.

Welsh replaced everything with new up to code products and durable, modern finishes, such as solid surface vanities, ceramic wall and floor tile, new toilet partitions, as well as new plumbing and electrical, including automatic motion-sensor lighting.

The bustling church and its large congregation can now utilize these beautifully updated restrooms, which get a lot of use with its robust mass schedule, weddings, funerals and numerous community events.
