After previously occupying a two-level office space, the owners of Channel Partners wanted to upgrade into a singular level space that would be open-concept, bright, and user-friendly for their team. Some of the distinguishing elements of this space include upgraded finishes, wall systems, a custom mosaic tile feature leading into the breakroom, and commercial-grade appliances throughout.

Though the initial demolition of the space was minimal, there were several roadblocks to the construction process within the existing structure. The flooring was uneven and required
careful correction. After that was complete, the Welsh team was able to rework HVAC, replace all plumbing fixtures, modify fire protection, and implement the new ceiling system, including accent ceilings down the corridor and in the lounge.

Despite encountering schedule setbacks and material procurement delays, the Welsh team and all involved parties were committed to seamless communication throughout which led to a successful project finish.​​
