This two-story, 16-unit home for low-income adults with disabilities is the fifth project Welsh Construction has completed with Accessible Space, Inc.

Designed exclusively for adults with disabilities, units at Tribute Commons include accessible stove-tops and ovens, roll-under counters and sinks, large roll-in showers, 36-inch wide doors with lever-action handles, raised electrical outlets, and lowered light switches.

Common areas include laundry facilities on each floor, a multipurpose community room with kitchen, and an outdoor patio with gas grill. The building also has controlled access, a hands-free entry system, and an elevator.
