Welsh designed and built the shell and core of Summit Orthopedics’ 68,000-square-foot, single specialty advanced center for orthopedics in Vadnais Heights. The project was a collaborative effort with the developer, interior contractor, and interior architect.

The building consolidated three existing locations for Summit Orthopedics and includes an ambulatory surgery center, care suites for surgery patients, clinic services, imaging, and physical therapy. This was Welsh Construction’s 20th project with developer MSP Commercial.
