Located in a prime location on University Avenue in the Midway district of St. Paul, across from the new Allianz soccer stadium, retail brokerage firm, Mid-America saw an opportunity to capitalize on this location, adding in tenant, Pearle Vision.

Welsh Construction was hired to build out the raw space for Pearle Vision, including three exam rooms, two bathrooms, an open sales area with displays, two private offices and a
lens grinding room.

Finishes of the space included LVT flooring, acoustical ceilings and aluminum vestibules at both the front and rear entries.

Despite having the work around noise with apartment buildings located directly above the store, as well as the difficulty of saw cutting and hole cutting in a precast slab with underground parking below, the project was completed on time and within budget, leaving the client highly satisfied with the beautiful finished space.
