Maple Brook Dental had outgrown their current space and was looking for a contractor to assist them in the build-out of a new office that would create an environment of comfort, but would also serve the functional purposes of a dental office.  Impressed with Welsh Construction’s diligent process and reputation, Maple Brook Dental felt Welsh was the right contractor to assist them in moving their project forward, while achieving all of their business goals.

The build-out of the shell space began with the Welsh Construction team establishing communication with the key players in the build-out  including dental office reps, the architect and building owner.  With a constant flow of communication, Welsh was able to coordinate all parties’ timelines and guided the full team through the full build out process.  With a tight schedule, Welsh placed a lot of emphasis on continuous communication with Maple Brook Dental to ensure decisions were made that kept the project on-time and on-budget.

The final project resulted in a 3,427 square foot dental office space that includes eight operatory rooms, two offices, a lab area, break room and a spacious waiting area with high end finishes.
