The Gates at Carlson Center Apartments reached out to Welsh Construction to construct a new 2,000 SF addition to their existing clubhouse building for a yoga studio.

Welsh also completed a full interior renovation of the existing 7,200 SF clubhouse facility, including fitness studios, meeting rooms, lounge, offices and restrooms.
