Welsh completed construction for the 31-unit Elements of Linden Hills apartment community at 4525 France Avenue in Southwest Minneapolis. The 4-story apartment building, one of the first new developments in the Linden Hills neighborhood for many years, was designed by ESG Architects.

The apartments feature two levels of parking with access from France Avenue and the alley, a fitness center, dog wash area, and a bike maintenance and storage shop.
