Welsh Construction completed a tenant improvement project for DST  TASS, located in the International Centre Building in downtown Minneapolis.

Previously, DST  TASS’ employees were located on two separate floors of the International Centre. The financial technology company’s goal for the improvements was to bring all employees to one floor, creating a more unified and collaborative space.

Utilizing an open floor plan with few closed offices, their new space increases communication and interaction between employees. Several conference rooms and group work spaces further enhance the team atmosphere.

The space is equipped with the latest audio/visual technology, making it easy to conduct meetings with clients and colleagues at their Kansas City corporate headquarters.
