The Grand Reserve Apartments was looking to expand their leasing office and community amenities for their tenants. Property management company, Greystar, hired Welsh Construction to build-out the 3,100-square-foot space with a game room, reading lounge, kitchen with waterfall quartz counters and a large great room featuring a stone fireplace and coffered ceiling.
