Welsh Construction built the shell and core for Caribou Coffee’s location in Mound, Minnesota.

Following the success of this project, Welsh has worked on projects for landlords at other Caribou locations, including a slab replacement for the St. Paul location and exterior upgrades to a Maplewood location and a new shell/core for a location in Owatonna, MN.
