Phase two of The Lakes at Stillwater senior living campus─Birchwood Landing, consists of a neighborhood of 30 independent living, two- and three-bedroom homes.

The spacious lake homes are designed with views of the surrounding nature preserve and Long Lake, for select homes. Located directly behind phase one of the project, The Lodge, which Welsh Construction also completed, Birchwood Landing’s homes feature both two-bedroom/two bathroom and three-bedroom/three-bathroom floor plans with one- or two-car attached garages, full kitchens with center islands, quartz countertops, vaulted ceilings, radiant floor heat, fireplace, a screened-in porch, patio/deck and in some homes, finished basements.
