After the owners of Bieter Eye Center decided to invest in an upgraded, refreshed space for their clinic, they selected Welsh Construction as their trusted partner. This project involved moving into the previously unoccupied suite and building it out to be suitable for medical purposes. The end goal was to build an upscale, aesthetically pleasing space that maximized functionality, design, and professionalism.

Construction began in late spring and was completed on time for the clinic's grand opening in September, even given several supply chain delays our team encountered. The project features several unique details, including a curved reception desk area and matching soffit, carefully designed shelving and displays, and custom-made sliding barn doors. The space also has an in-house optometry laboratory, which required special water softening, sound dampening, and drainage systems.
